Customer Service
As a Customer Service Representative, your primary role will be to interact with potential and existing customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, address complaints, resolve concerns, and fulfill requests related to our services. Your main goal is to ensure exceptional service standards, maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, and build positive, long-lasting relationships with customers. You will primarily handle inbound calls, and keeping customers happy should always be your top priority.
Primary Responsibilities:

Handle customer complaints and escalations promptly and professionally.

Generate reports and store completed work in designated locations while performing backup operations.
